Trout on hot in mayonnaise

            80 decagram of trouts,
            3/4 glasses of mayonnaise,
            5 decagram of onion,
            spoon of green salted seeds of nasturtium,
            3 gherkins,
            leaf parsleys,
            flour,
            salt, pepper,
            oil

    Mayonnaise to mix from finely chop onion and gherkins, to add chop green parsley and seeds of nasturtium. To mix. Cleaned and washed fish  coat in bread - crumbs and egg in flour and to fry, puting it onto frying pan with hot oil. To Brown after both sides, put some salt , to pour pepper. To lay roast fish on hot dish, to pour prepared sauce. - To Pass with chips as well as cauliflower.
