Stewed trout in beer and dill

            1 kg of trout
            salt,
            mixture of herbs
            two large onions
            large bunch of dill
            2 glass of beer

    Fish to wash,to disembowel, exactly cover with dust salt, as well as to pour flavorings. To cut onion into slices , to lay down  with  fish in heat-proof dish . Richly pouring cut dill.To add up beer. To bake in 200 °C 15 –   20 min. Dish it was been possible to prepare also in heat-proof dish in microwave  . Instead of beer it it was been possible to apply sour cream .
