Stewed rainbow trout with plums

            800 g of trout
            of 2 spoon of butter
            120 g of onion
            50 g of dried plums
            1/2 of glass of sour cream * coriander or parsley
            bunch of dill
            salt and pepper to cause

    Fish to disembowel, to cut into slices of fish , cover with dust salt and pepper. To fry then and to shift to flat saucepan. Peeled, cut into thin slices to stew onion lightly, to put in to fish, to add soaked, cut in belts of plum and to water water. To strangle under cover ca 15-20 minutes. On five minutes in front of end of strangling to pour sour cream , to season salt and pepper. In front of application to pour coriander, parsley or dill.
